Mr. Kanodia possesses  vast experience of over 35 years and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm.

He started his career  in 1974 as  partner with G.Sanyal & Co. (Incorporated in the year 1950) .The firm was reconstituted in the year 1988 to the present name.

Apart from being expert in Tax Matters  (Direct and Indirect), he has vast experience in all the management  and strategic issues and has been associated with various clients since beginning  in their growth, particularly of JINDALS. 

He has been  on the Board of Jindal Drilling and Industries Ltd. and Shalimar Paints Ltd for substantial periods. He was also member of Governing Body of prestigious Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, New Delhi including Branches.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Agrawal, FCA - Director

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Law graduate with over 15 years professional experience.

He has been associated with various big Consultancy firms like “ERNST & YOUNG, S.S.Kothari & Co. and P.R.Mehra & Co.

He provides advisory services on the matters related to Joint Ventures, Mergers, Due-Diligences and Management Strategies and is actively involve in Resource Raising.

He is a guest speaker for Banks, Business News Channels and Professional Bodies. He has also contributed articles on Securitization, Financial Restructuring and on various social causes.

He is handling and providing services to Big Corporate houses and Multinational Companies and is widely connected in Banking and Financial Sector.

He is actively involved  with various social organizations and is an active Lion Member

Mr. Pallav Vaish,ACA - Advisor

He is a young energetic member of the Institute and is associated  with the firm since May, 1997. He has vast experience in the field of Statutory and Tax Audit, Bank Audit, Concurrent Audits, Systems Audit.

Ms. Priya Gupta, FCA - Advisor

Priya is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with experience of over  fifteen (15) years. She is a young energetic member of the Institute since Nov, 2003.  She also o done DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Auditing).
