KSAdvisors  is established by Mr.R.K.Kanodia,who is also a founder partner in Kanodia Sanyal & Associates (KS),Chartered Accountant established in the year 1974. KS is a multi disciplinary organization providing services in different spheres of Audit & Assurance, Certification, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Investment Banking, Finance, Management and Corporate Advisory  Services KS develop & provide the solutions to each and every need of the Corporate Functioning.

The organization is well equipped with the latest computer technologies and also possesses excellent means of communication. The organisation has locational advantage of having office at Nehru Place, a prime commercial centre of South Delhi, which  has proximity to NCR sub urban cities Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad.  

The organisation has branch offices at Kolkatta, Mumabi, Lucknow and  Noida and is in the process to establish all India Presence
